"This is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Restaurant food was very good. It's away from town you definitely need a car or taxi to ride into town if you want to walk around. But trails at hotel were quite wonderful. Facility is beautiful, restaurant is very good, service impeccable"

"Cloud Forest Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The absolute standout was the restaurant—the food was exceptional, and the servers provided some of the best service we experienced during our trip. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the nearby hiking trails were beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet setting made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the cloud forest. We would happily stay here again."

"The overall property is very beautiful, located in a forest setting. The open air restaurant with its observation deck is a great place for birdwatching since there are feeders at the edge of the deck and the staff puts out fruit and seeds early when the birds are active. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly! And the location is very near the river tours and Carara National Park.
