"Gorgeous location and views from both the room and the restaurant. The hiking trails are very nice and well maintained. Recommend doing the night walk! The staff are also incredibly helpful and will help you with the best options for booking tours in Monteverde."

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Sibu. Excellent location, walking distance to main shopping area, short driving distance to many attractions and parks.
Well maintained, modern and comfortable rooms. Attention to detail, it had everything we needed. The decor and grounds well maintained. Excellent staff service. Breakfast included was delicious, order off a menu.
Highly recommend, would stay again"

"06/2026: We were excited for our stay, but our experience was the worst of Costa Rica.
On our first night, after a long day of travel, the toilet in Room 28 flooded after a single flush at 9:43 PM. No toilet paper had been used, so this was clearly not caused by misuse. We immediately attempted to contact the front desk, only to discover it had closed at 9:30 PM. Despite this being an emergency sanitation issue, no assistance was available.

"Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos.
The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well.
We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
