"We had an excellent stay at the Macadamia villas. The property is gated and secure, and each of the villas is well equipped and a good size for 2-6 people. The property is located slightly outside the main town, so I would recommend staying here only if you have your own vehicle. The host, Guillermo, was very kind and welcoming, and gave us local recommendations during our stay. We even contacted him via WhatsApp during our stay and he arranged a tour for us. "Highly recommend staying here. Very nice, clean, spacious units with kitchen. Outdoor patio area with table and chairs. Great location on a quiet residential street with security gates. I walked everywhere, it was about 10-15 minute walk to the main street and beach. Host was always available and offered excellent recommendations."

"Communication was grudging at best, there was no one there to receive us and no information folder. In consequence, we did not have the front door code or the lock box code to get the beach club cards until hours after we arrived and I had bullied the driver that picked us up at the airport into helping me. Bob was great! The property is amazing and we enjoyed it tremendously. The area has lots of restaurants and convenient shopping. Rent a golf cart, it made our lives so easy!"
