"The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost"

"A fun, cute Bed and Breakfast in an adorable town. The Deluxe Suite was well worth the price. The in-room Jacuzzi was amazing. "

"Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. "

"A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!"

"The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel."

"Food was left in the fridge from the last guests. The room was so disgusting we went and bout our own blankets to sleep on top of the bed with. Everything about this place was disappointing and just gross!! For the extra few dollars, stay somewhere else!!!!"

"Muchas personas no respetaron las horas de silencio marcadas, las tarjetas para entrar a la habitacion fallaban mucho. Algunos empleados usaban los handycap parking. El primer dia de estancia temprano en la mañana sono la alarmas de incendios, llegaron los bomberos y nadie dio una explicacion de lo sucedido. Las lavadoras y secadoras las usaban y despues no sacaban la ropa al terminar el ciclo y nadie mas la podia usar, necesitan mas cordinacion y reglas. "
