"The rooms are spacious but lacking in a few amenities. No a/c nor heat and the floors of the room hallways are rough hewn stone & cement. No big deal, but not good if you have rolling bags. "

"I stayed at Si Como No Resort, Spa & Wildlife Refuge from February 19–22. When we arrived, the room was not set up for three guests and we had to wait while staff prepared it and request extra towels. After returning home, I discovered several personal belongings missing. The hotel later confirmed that my sneakers had been left in the room and were initially mislabeled during room turnover before being found in lost-and-found.
