"I give the Fred Guesthouse 5 stars for helpfulness, cleanliness and amenities… the tricky part about the Fred guest house was… the room key on the app. Trying to sign into WiFi at the door was a bit spotty making this task less than ideal. Lugging our suitcases up the stairs to the lift after a long day of travel was hard and the lift was almost too small for my mom and I with our luggage. The room was very clean but also so tiny. With no chairs and barely room for our luggage we decided that...

"Breakfast was at the bakery next door. It was continental breakfast. This hotel is directly adjacent to a very busy and noisey passage, that university students use all day long. I counted over a 100 per minute! I requested another room but no chance. Hotel looks like something out of the 1940s. Hasn't been updated since then. Also room extremely small. We couldn't open our luggage because the room was so small. I wouldn't book again. Very expensive for what we got. "

"Perfect"

"Its a budget hotel so don't expect 5 star stuff. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy. It did get a little hot, the fan didn't work but the windows opened just fine. Could it be better? Yes. Would I book the same place again? Also yes, for the price."

"The exquisite garden and outstanding staff make this hotel a true gen"
