Great place to stay in Luzern. 10 mins walk from the train station and right in the central area. Staff were really helpful. Would stay again.

Hotel has a good location. Was not too difficult to walk to from city bus line. Be aware that there is no elevator. You will have difficulty with the stairs if bringing heavy luggage.

The reception is basically across the street from the property, no problem at all. The location is perfect, right on the main waterfront area. They let us check in early and leave our luggage to explore on check out day, we appreciate that. Power outlets could be found under the built in end tables. Shower actually fully closed, this seems uncommon in europe. The only downsides: There was a large woden beam at a 45 degree angle near the 3rd bed, and my daughter bumped her head on it twice, once quite badly. No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Had a tv but no channels or streaming services. 😕 Overall very happy w the stay

El personal es muy amable, son muy atentos y generosos. Las camas son cómodas, cuenta con instalaciones limpias. En el cuarto te incluyen jarra para calentar agua y te brindan sobres de te, podrían agregar también café soluble y estaría mejor. En recepción el personal es SUPER.GENTIL. 100% recomendable

Vi hadde en overnatting i Lucerne. Sengen var kjempehard. Det var ikke aircondition, men 2 vifter som kunne brukes. Ble selvsagt forkjølet. Positivt er at det var midt i sentrum

Pros: The guest house is 9 mins walk to the train station. It is close to restaurant and other amenities. The bed is comfy Cons: Didnt replace the empty shower gel on the last day of our stay. Have to walk up to the 3rd floor with our luggages.

Cheap and cheerful hotel in a beautiful and convenient street. Safe and quiet, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and good wifi. Theres no fridge or aircon but there is an electric kettle and strong hot water in the shower. Highly recommend

We stayed in Lucerne for 1 night so we didn't need anything special. The staff was super friendly and even dropped our bags off in our room while we were out exploring Lucerne. The price was right, the room was a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable.

Clean room!

Great stay! A bit harder to find but right next to the water and all the main shopping/dining areas. Close enough walk to the train station we did it with our bags. Very clean and minimal but a good stay for a couple!
