"Highly recommend staying here. Very nice, clean, spacious units with kitchen. Outdoor patio area with table and chairs. Great location on a quiet residential street with security gates. I walked everywhere, it was about 10-15 minute walk to the main street and beach. Host was always available and offered excellent recommendations."

"This property is amazing! The outdoor area with the pool and view of the ocean is out of this world. We couldn’t believe it when we checked in. We saw so much wildlife - monkeys, macaws, toucans. "I reserved and they said that expedia booked the room but they didnt have availability. Terrible customer servuce. They took the payment without honoring the booking. We could not stay there"

"Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....
