"Staff were very nice. Beautiful location and gorgeous property. I didn’t like the fact that animals were in captivity. We went to Nayara next and found monkeys were free there jumping from tree to tree. It also got very crowded during the day as they allow outside guests to the gardens. It is priced high compared to other luxury properties and its overall value. Adding the breakfast can be a good feature they can offer. Overall - staff are very nice. "Chambre très correcte et propre, grand lit confortable et agréable terrasse donnant sur un petit jardin où viennent les oiseaux et bel environnement .Petit déjeuner très complet. Gros avantage, l'accès à la réserve est inclus et illimité. Seul problème la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, on entend les cousins comme si ils étaient avec nous."

"Breakfast was great! Hospitality was absolutely top notch. The pool is very clean, the water is colder than expected. Having no A/C is a change, but the area is not as warm as la fortuna. Great place in the middle of everything. "
