"Staff: amazing and very helpful loved them
Room: it was outdated and there were stains everywhere, it was clean but vents were full of dust in bathroom
Stains on couch and marks on tables and bathroom tub chipping
ONLY HAD ONE BLIND, very see through. The blind was also so marked up.
Pool had weird looking sudds in it, decided to opt out
Gym was also outdated, looks like everything hasn’t been changed in a long time
Offered to change my room, so I’ll give credit for that but decided if I had to spend the one night in the room I’d just stay there all weekend."
"Perfect location to explore history and walking distance to everything! Superior service from friendly, professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Thank you!"
"It’s one of the few area hotels with a bar and restaurant. Staff was great. Room very clean and AC/HEATER was very quiet operating via thermostat. Bed was very comfortable and WiFi was bulletproof
Breakfast must be paid for but parking is free. Would highly recommend."

2/10 Terrible
"This hotel is trifling! The entire hotel is a dump! Staff is useless and inattentive. 0 out of 10 stars. I booked here 3 weeks prior to staying. I paid $169 for a king bed room with a pull-out couch for my son. When I arrived I had to pay a $250 security deposit which was not a problem because it gets returned upon no damages. Within 1 hour, I discovered multiple issues. 1 elevator in service, sticky floors with coffee and juice stains, the only working elevator had trash inside, no housekeeping on duty, the pullout bed had no linens and when requested they said I had to return to the front desk for them. The following morning, continental breakfast ran out 1 hour after start time. I walked into breakfast at 8:10am and eggs were done, someone allowed their child to take a bite out of a bagel and return it to the others, all juices were finished, 1 out of 3 kinds of cereal left, no milk for the cereal, and no attendant was there to assist for clean up. I went to the front service desk where me and another woman complained and we were told “they are short staffed”. Never again! Extremely disappointed. I have several pictures and decided to post the ones without people’s faces."
