"Nice location, close to town, shopping, hospital for appointments. Etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed in one of the jacuzzi. King bed rooms. It was really relaxing and nice, it had been renovated in the fall of 2025. Plus had 1st floor door to the pool area which was nice to get some fresh air and sun. I didn't have time to eat the breakfast this morning, I was in a rush. Sorry."

"We came here because of location, reviews and amenities. This location is NOT accommodating at all off season. 1. Restaurant closes without warning. 2.pool closes without warning - cheap towels even for a toddler to dry. 3. Stale breakfast items with no dates, no tea bags, juice machine wasn't working, waffle maker was peeling, no lids for cups. No accessibility to hot water after hrs-machine locked in restaurant. (And they wanted to sell bottled water). 4.Their bathroom soap is horrible....

"The second floor, ocean-view suite is worth the extra money! Rooms are neat as a pin, and the gentleman who has checked us in every time we have stayed is simply delightful! Rooms and lobby decor have a mid-century modern vibe, and if you get a suite, you will have 2 huge bathrooms! I cannot rave about this place enough, and it’s a quick walk, bike, or drive into the action on Commercial Street….but then back to the peaceful ocean view when you want to recharge. "

"The employees were very kind and helpful. We paid for a bigger room but the smell was not good on the room. Cigarettes or just a really musty smell. The towels all smell bad, like dead seagulls. Lol. Perhaps some dryer sheets may be useful. Clean hotel but veryyyyy dated and needs some upgrades. No bar or restaurant on site - so bring food and drinks otherwise Captain Patrick’s was recommended and was really good. They won Best Chowder and mentioned on Jeopardy!"
