"The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. "The check in was good. Very nice young woman tending to the desk. My MAJOR complaint comes from the embarrassingly terrible breakfast: Stale bread, beige colored water being handed off as coffee, no fruit, terrible presentation. For a place that sells itself as a spa retreat, my day was sour after this. They should really just close the 'restaurant'"

"I stayed 3 nights and had to take my own trash out, couldn't get my room cleaned, had to bring down towels for replacement. I booked an extra night during my stay and still had someone banging on my door like the police were outside, scared the life out of me. Morning staff was rude, night staff was amazing. Stairs were never vacuumed. It was an ok stay but a lot of extra work when I was just trying to relax."

"When booking I requested and was confirmed to be ocean view first floor and upon check in was given second floor . I was not able to get right on the beach because all rooms were booked. Otherwise stay was good. I was also surprised that our room rate did not include one parking spot and had to pay an additional $25 per night to park. I'm not sure any guests walk there so everyone will have a vehicle."

"I’ve stayed here before as I was on a budget then. Now for my second stay while it’s affordable I probably won’t stay here again. It’s a very typical motel not a hotel. And I’ve never stayed anywhere that had such LOUD ice makers. And they were being used every five minutes. And no elevators so if you have luggage or trouble with stairs you’ll need to request the first floor. The second floor half of it smells of curry. And the breakfast is the exact same thing every day and not that inspiring....
