"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"The room was alright at best. The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. There was no door tag to say don’t come in, so unsure why there was no housekeeping done. Maybe I had to...
