Everything was great- staff were welcoming and helpful. I like the location- close to the Company Gardens, museums and interesting neighborhoods, all within easy walking distance. One thing we didn’t know at first- if you want plain old brewed coffee, ask for a pot of filtered coffee 🙃

Holiday Inn Express Cape Town City-Centre by IHG
Breakfast was excellent with the menu changing daily. Staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Our room was in need of a facelift. Door secure latch was loose and bathroom shower door was a safety hazard. Additionally the shower needed recaulking.
