"The property is small and very comfortable. It's located in Bo Kaep, a lovely neighborhood known for its colorful houses and Muslim community. It's walkable to the waterfront and other places. The rooms are suites, with kitchen and sitting areas. Besides being well maintained and having a great breakfast included, the staff is excellent. Every person I met was friendly and helpful. "The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't.
