We have booked a hotel reservation for Cape Town for May 13 to May 14, 1 night. At our arrival in Cape Town SA, we were unable to get in contact with the hotel, despite multiple phone calls and e mails prior to departure from Montreal. Instructions from the hotel were to call
prior to arrival as there is no check-in after 10:00 pm.
Our arrival in Cape Town was after midnight, we could not get in touch with them. The airport staff arranged a hotel for us at the airport. Only when we checked in, the hotel sent a message to contact the security, again no answer.
