"The room was big and roomy, but there was a pair of men's underwear, not ours, on the bathroom floor peeking out from the vanity. My husband threw them in the garbage, and the next morning I showed housekeeping the underwear and and also told the desk. Obviously the cleaning had not been done right. The room was large and airy, the other room"s coffee make and kettle did not work. Staff was friendly and food in the adjoining restaurant was good. I think the hotel overall was good, just a bit more precise cleaning in the room would have been better. There is a lot of construction going on around this hotel, the city is building a transit system and through np fault of their own, the property is difficult to access."

"Cet hôtel est l'hôtel favori de mes enfants donc j'essaie d'y aller au moins une fois par année. Le personnel est exceptionnel. Au restaurant les employés sont habitués aux enfants et sont très serviables et compréhensif( j'étais seule avec mes 3 jeunes enfants). Plein d'activités a faire, des arcades, des employés qui font des tatoos temporaire et font des manucures aux enfants, une belle piscine et des modules de jeux immenses. Par contre, les points négatifs de cette visite étaient les rénovations qui se font devant l'hôtel. Ça m'a pris 45 mins réussir a trouver comment me rendre a l'hôtel, toutes les sorties sont fermés, j'ai du appeler a l'hôtel pour qu'ils m'explique comment me rendre. D'ailleurs si vous vous y rendez, passer par la rue tourigny derrière l'hôtel. Autre point négatif, la propreté de la chambre. Lorsque je suis arrivée il y avait des poils dans la salle de bain et même sur la toilette. Mais bon, c'est la première fois que ça m'arrivait a cet hôtel et le reste était très propre. J'y retournerai sans hésitation !"

"We had a very nice stay, the location is very close to the old Quebec City, we could park the car in the hotel’s parking and walk to there. The heated pool was very fun. The room and pool were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly."

"Amazing location. Room design was lovely. Clean room, though housekeeping didn’t change out used glasses or towels. No staff at the front desk when we arrived. We waited almost ten minutes, then resorted to calling the hotel directly to ask for someone to check us in. Some issues with the bathroom. The shower wall that is shared with the living room is glass. Very awkward.There is music from the restaurant underneath, which went until late evening. Not under the control of the hotel, but a consideration if you go to bed early. Decent experience. "

"Hotel is located a very convenient location and everything was within a walking distance. Parking is available at a nearby location for $25 a day, but because of its location we didn’t have to use our car at all."
