"The property was beautiful. The neighborhood is a little run down but not too bad. Full breakfast was great. Owner' s been running the place for 26 years, it's her home and she has tons of knowledge of the area."

"Such a cool place to stay! Very clean and cozy. The property was well maintained and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Our breakfast was delicious too! We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this. Eautiful country property. Check in was smooth and instructions were easy to follow. Our room, in the main building was well appointed. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were fine. Breakfast was great! Common areas were lovely and inviting, and the s’mores kits in the lobby were just the thing for an evening around the outdoor fire pit. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene country setting."

"A gorgeous historic home and beautiful setting on the river — so much more of a unique experience here than staying in Saratoga if you have a car. Pam and John are gracious and lovely hosts!"

"We had a very comfortable stay in an adjacent building above a restaurant.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The breakfast delicious and served on a lovely screened porch.
The only thing I would recommend is in the adjacent building. It’s to change the carpet in the upstairs hallway. There was a musty smell.
Our room was perfectly clean and didn’t have any odor. It was only in the hallway."
