"Front desk staff were amazing! The casino staff were intrusive kept coming to where I was sitting to make me get up because they claimed they need to check the machine. This happened on 3 separate occasion. For a hotel to allow kids to stay and then have a manager tell me in my face kids are not allowed in his restaurant is quite rude. Don't allow kids if they are not allowed to eat on property."

"My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle."
