"Der Check in war sehr einfach und der Pool sehr gut zur Erfrischung. Auf den ersten Blick ist uns der Pool sehr klein vorgekommen aber da haben die Bilder mich eventuell etwas getäuscht. Ich würde dort keinen kompletten Pooltag machen, dafür ist er zu klein und es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Außenbereich. Was man außerdem bedenken muss ist, dass der Ort sehr abgelegen ist und man 30-45 min zum nächsten richtigen Supermarkt und Strand fährt. Ein Mietwagen ist dort ein muss!!! Alles war...

"Ein typisches Beispiel dafür, dass die bei der Buchung suggerierte Eindrücke von der Realität extrem abweichen. Es gab keine Gläser im Zimmer sondern nur Plastikbecher. Die Aussicht war eine Mauer. Wir waren 14 Tage dort. Es wurde uns kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur während wir im Zimmer waren. Schlecht bei Temperaturen von 35 grad. "The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km travel. A superb local beach is within 15min walk from the hotel. The hotel has sea view and a good size pool. A unique selling point for us was the outstanding staff, super friendly and helpful 😊 The quality of food and drinks in the local restaurants is exceptional."
