"I genuinely enjoyed my stay, don’t get me wrong. The setup is neat, the location is solid, and floating in the sea is a proper treat (even if “beach” here means the usual Sorrento rocky coastline rather than soft sand). "The staff was very nice and accommodating. They answered any questions we had. The pool is stunning. The hotel is very modern and clean. We did have ants in our room, probably because we were on the first floor and had a room right near the pool. We were only staying two nights so we didn’t call to complain but I’m sure if we did the staff would have accommodated us."
