"From check-in to check-out, our stay was amazing. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! For example, we only had one night/day, and they made arrangements at the last minute to join the Red Tour and a taxi to the airport when we got back. We dined at the hotel restaurant for supper and the food (and service) was amazing! Breakfast was included and there were plenty of delicious options. We had a room overlooking the town and they recommended we get up well before sunrise...

"The hotel was nice overall, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. The location was not ideal, as we needed to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, the tours we booked were able to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was convenient. The concierge was not always at the front desk, and at one point we found him sleeping on one of the sofas in the lobby, which we found quite unprofessional. Breakfast was good, and the patio has a beautiful view....
