"The hotel was nice overall, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. The location was not ideal, as we needed to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere. However, the tours we booked were able to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was convenient. The concierge was not always at the front desk, and at one point we found him sleeping on one of the sofas in the lobby, which we found quite unprofessional. Breakfast was good, and the patio has a beautiful view....

"The room decor was nice and the staff are very helpful. However, the location of our room was terrible. It is right next to the entrance of the restaurant so the guests stand in front of our room door, drinking, smoking and waiting to be seated at the restaurant. They stood next to our only window which we had to keep closed for privacy. Beer bottles and wine glasses were in front of our door and on the window sill in the morning.
