She met us when we arrived and helped with the bags. Throughout the trip, she was contactable and advised on everything from boat tickets to fantastic restaurants. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights.
