They moved us to a quieter room, but had the hotel been full it would have been tough, could not have asked for better service, the staff are amazing. Breakfast is superb and exceptionally clean."

Only lament (and this is on me for not reading amenities clearly) was the lack of access to an iron onsite. Otherwise excellent! Rooms are clean, minimal but comfortable. Perfect for my needs. "

"My stay at this hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service made things even worse — the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and I felt very poorly treated throughout my stay. To top it off, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced, very low quality and not worth it at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Staff were excellent and very friendly, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Only two minor negatives to speak of: - The shower was old-fashioned and very weak - tea and coffee in the room was only replenished once in the entire week we were there. Overall we had an excellent stay, great location right by the lake (had a balcony with a lake view), would happily recommend this hotel."
