"Clean breakfast area and fresh food. Rooms recently renovated it seems but my room was dusty and didn’t get a real good vacuum so there were paper straws on the carpet and paper salt packets left around. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower was fine. "

"The issues began at check-in, where only one of the three elevators was operational. Upon entering my room (Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible), I found the following:
Safety & Maintenance: The AC system made loud, alarming noises resembling fireworks when activated. Additionally, the television depicted only static.
Cleanliness & Upkeep: The floors were filthy, mirrors were stained, and both the carpeting and furniture were heavily worn and marked.
