Honestly the only good thing about Hard Rock is the pool area. Kids loved that as they would any pool. The rest is outdated. The entire set up and trek to get to breakfast/pool/outside is a mission in itself. Do not rate the place for the money spent

Stayed at this property 12 years ago hasn’t really changed much, just a poorly executed refurb, staff as usual excellent, food great overall 5 star
