"The room was moderately clean on first glance however when entering the bathroom it was mould ridden including the shower head. Grim and dust build up on soap and moisturiser pumps in the bathroom. in addition to this, there was a moth infestation with no processes in place to mitigate to impact on the room. "The room was quiet small but serviceable. The bathroom door was very hard to close. We found several bugs and small cockroaches in the room. Parking was terrible! We had to park quite a way from our room as the space in front of it was already taken, there is major renovations taking place that we were not made aware of. This impacted on parking as well. There was no shower curtain. We paid a very high price for a very poor room."
