She did an excellent job and went out of her way to help me out on multiple occasions during my week’s stay at the hotel. These included answering many questions, placing me in a well-located room upon arrival (different from the "assigned room"), and facilitating future reservations at your hotel. She is an ideal person to welcome people to your hotel due to her knowledge and sunny disposition – recognizing that many guests (myself included) are exhausted after strenuous and stressful travel to Cardiff (transatlantic flight!)"
