"Didn't think much staff were not very helpful l, carpet innthe room was not only dirty but a massive crease running down last the middle, doors kept slamming shut all night which kept me awake. Bed was ok and shops were close by"

"I arrived at the hotel to be told I do not have a room after driving 3 hours! Had to sort another hotel and pay double the price on the day, still have not have a refund just a receipt of my money! I will be taking this further "

"Front desk staff were horrible at check in, The asked them where the ice machine was, they told me on the first floor, went there could not find it, they insisted it was there. Asked a different staff member the next morning and was told the ice machine was broken and removed a few days before"

"Great location and friendly staff. Some areas of hotel looking a bit tired and issues reported were not dealt with. Rooms are ok but seem disjointed with furniture & appliances in awkward positions. "
