"A Very nice hotel!!"

"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices."

"I was there for a Wedding weekend and it was Fantastic. Stafford was so helpful and kind. It was a Great stay."

"We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean."

"Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!"

"The room was clean. My only complaint I had was, we could not get the temperature at the right comfort zone to be able to sleep."

"The air condition was very noisy, so we had a hard time sleeping. Ear plugs were given, but this is not a proper solution to a serious problem."

"Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster."

"The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. There was some molding in the shower and mystery spots on the walls of the bathroom all the way to the ceiling. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. The Mini fridge was filled with rust as well. The staff was great!"

"The bathroom sink was clogged when I got into the room. The roller was missing from the microwave plate. There was no sponge for the kitchen sink. Stains on the carpet. The pool was closed the first two days of my visit due to chemical issues. The pool looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The parking lot is small and someone damaged my side mirror. I had to call the local police so the hotel would release the camera footage. On a positive note, the location is central to everyone I was...
