"Well let's start from booking. I called to see if I could get a better rate because the trop was got medical. When I Saud I could book online cheaper she said then book it online. During check in they required a $100 cash deposit because they wete "newly renovated". We had a double bed 4 person room with 2 towels, one washcloth. There was a wad of TP on the wall, the bathroom van was hanging by a wire, the bathtub spout al.ost came out of the all when pulling up the thing for the shower. The two bedside wall lamps had no bulbs and after getting bulbs they still didn't work. At checkout they left me at the desk to go check my room and told my friend the room was missing two pillows. She told them no, that was all that was here. While I'm still waiting at the desk they proceeded to go upstairs and check more rooms. No apologies for making me wait so long. The night clerk was nice and tried to help but I think he was new. The woman clerk was just plain rude. They /you should know that "newly renovayed" doesn't mean better. I've stay at that place monthly when it was Super 8 and it was a great, friendly and accommodating place. I wouldn't kennel my pets in that place now. If I could give negative stars, they would have them. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay."
