"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."

"The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again"

"Although the motel itself was unremarkable (clean sheets and acceptable accommodations), it was the service which deserves high marks. I had left my CPAP behind and the motel reached out to me within hours. They coordinated with Jordan at the South Jordan UPS store to have the item returned to me. "In a few words it was as if I had gone inside a movie set for a drug/ crack house. The property was dirty. There were wholes punished through both sides of the bathroom door, light fixtures were missing, cigarette burns on bed sheets, human hair on bedsheets, floor was filthy. I was moved to a second room the same night. The conditions were the same. The security latch on the inside of the door was missing. One room on the bottom floor was boarded up with plywood. I was terrified to sleep there....

"The last two times I stayed there,there was just too much noise coming from next door. On two separate occasions from two different people "

"It's hits the bare minimum. It does hv a fridge, microwave and kind of a stove ( looked more like a hot plate situation) bed was decent. Light bulbs burned out in 2 places, nothing in the way kitchenware - bring your own everything. No shampoo etc. 1 bar of hand soap. Floors in common areas ( laminate were dirty sticky, it was like that the night I arrived and in the am when I left- had not been mopped!!! A/C worked well"

"Service was friendly. Overall cleanliness was OK. Secondary lock for door was missing. Electronic key only worked with a lot of effort. No electric outlets in bathroom for blow dryer or shaver. Heater was super noisy. Worked fine for a place to sleep, but left a lot to desire for amenities and overall quality."
