"We enjoyed the atmosphere of the location. It was close to Bodega and Valley Ford where we had dinner. The fire pit and s'mores with a movie at the end of the evening were a great treat."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating and the continental breakfast was well stocked. Location has a great view from the patio and is walkable to the Monte Rio public beach area, just over the bridge. Unfortunately, I found a clump of someone else's long, dark hair in my shower drain but not the stopper needed to be able to take a bath."

"A charming old building in an adorable town. Not the newest, shiniest place to stay, but comfortable and convenient. Great staff, refreshing pool, peaceful and quiet corner of the world tucked into the forest. All the other guests we ran into were super nice, too!"

"Very nice stay. It is an older property so I was not sure what to expect but it appears to have been recently remodeled and has been well maintained. My room had 2 queen beds (I only needed one!). The lady at check-in and check-out was friendly. had made fresh coffee that I had as I was leaving and it was excellent. She had also set out a variety of muffins and biscuits and she said I could take as many as I wanted. I had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good. Only thing was that the floor in the shower was very slippery, but I just put a hand towel down on it and it was fine."

"I had a great get away in my canvas cabin with queen bed. It was a working retreat for me and the internet connection was reliable. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The electric blanket kept me warm. I enjoyed a dip in the pool and comfortable lounge chairs after poolside. Ill be back another time hopefully soon."
