"The flat was better than we expected! Smart and well furniszhed. A dedicated off road parking place, good facilities and a great sea view. A heated floor in the bathroom. Nice kitchen area and plenty of utensils. The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival so all went smoothly. "

"Ideal position, just up from the beach and short walk to the harbour. The place is a tardis, do many rooms and space. Everything you need and more in a holiday home."

"It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

"Wonderful accommodation and lovely grounds, pick your own fruit and easy parking. Lovely, friendly owner."

"What an absolutely gorgeous house, the house is actually better in person than the pictures show. Check in was simple with a handy located key box and lots of parking. It was pretty nippy outside and the house was already heated and nice and toasty on arrival, along with the hot tub. We were down as a party of 10 for a Hen do and the different entertaining spaces were perfect for the games and activities we had planned. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. "Lovely location. Property beginning to look a bit shabby e.g. wallpaper, chair coverings etc but comfortable. Kitchen could be better equipped if you actually intend to cook e.g. no bowls for salad/fruit/mixing; a cheese grater would be useful. We had a minor glitch with the parking permit but this was rectified very quickly by the host. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay there again."
