"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"Unfortunately i was highly dissapointed ..it was supposed to be a treat for my birthday from my daughter who gave me some monies to treat myself to something i might like ... I decided on Whitby and booked with expeadia ..Unfortunately a double deluxe room.. Garden view was reserved for me which i have proof that this was booked via email but last minute on the day of arrival I was told that i was going to go into Wainwright and that a host will be there on arrival before 9 pm .. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified...

"We stayed in room 1B in the Vernon Place Courtyard. Was a really convenient location right in the town centre, so all the shops and amenities that location offers. Excellent communication from our host and plenty of easy free overnight parking nearby in the council car parks (free after 8pm till 8am or 10am on Sundays at time of review) . It seems obvious in hindsight but only feedback is the images on Hotel.com and other sites are a mixture of all the different rooms they manage in that...

"We booked accommodation for 4 adults for a trip to Cornwall. It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads"
