"This property was neither sweet or a suite. Until we checked in we didn't realize there was only street parking or that we had to walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage. The closest parking spot was over two blocks away. This would have been nice to know as I was recovering from surgery. We got to our "suite". It was the size of a small dorm room. Their kitchen was downstairs and shared., which meant for us that your food couldn't be safe from tampering. We could hear every conversation...

"The parking can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the area. I was not aware that I had to register at one location and stay in another, so that was a bit overwhelming. Also, not having a bathroom in the room was a bit frustrating. However, the property itself was great, and the staff was extremely helpful!"

"This place is a best kept secret: wonderful location for a visitor, and ridiculously cheap. Pros: Location is safe, a very vibrant part of the city, tons of restaurants and bus lines and natural beauty right there. The place itself is simple, spartan, but stylish. Not a hostel but a European style hotel/guesthouse with shared bathrooms. Cons: If you wanted your own bathroom, nope. If you wanted to make friends with backpackers like at a youth hostel, likely nope."

"The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...

"This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! "

"Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. The kitchen had an odd smell, from everyone’s food and the free street parking...

"I was pretty disappointed when we got there. We checked in and headed to our room to find out that the bathroom and entrance was filled with equipment/tools. We had been traveling all day and with a toddler we just wanted to get to the hotel and relax. We had to go back downstairs and ask for a new room. I was also told housekeeping would come every other day and they came ONLY ONE TIME during our six day stay! We had to ask for additional towels, bar soap, etc. My family and I love staying at...
