"Hotel management was not cooperative at all.I had booking of two rooms.I was given rooms on separate floors ( one on fifth floor and second on eight foor. We were family of four , and slept in different floors . I pleaded with hotel staff to give room to us adjacent on same floor and they asked for additional $47.00,which I refused .
I also asked for managerFront desk agent that manager . I was. T
that he is busy.His behavior was rude.
Imagine 4 family members are made to sleep on different floors.
I should be be given my money .
Declare on your website about mental abuse caused by Harrah.. They will give rooms to gather not togather
