"Steep sharp slope on drive knocked exhaust . This caused problems on every exit and entrance. Unfortunatley we had a family of Shrews living under washing machine. I removed 4 myself from accomodation. Fixters and fitting all fine although cupboards have a musty smell? maybe passed water damage ? "

"St Austell is a convenient location to travel around Cornwall. The property provides free parking and 2 bedrooms with bathrooms so it's good for 4 people to stay. Only the taps are aged. You can either have cold water or hot water, but cannot have warm water from one tap. The kitchen is quite well equipped, but no extra supply of kitchen paper which runs out quickly in 3 days. "Fantastic location, just across the road from the beach. Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). Lovely spacious outdoor space too. Apartments felt very secure with codes for the entrance driveway, apartments and the key safe at the front door.
