"The Property is Stunning! Very clean and green. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Plenty of parking and the property is located right next to the Falls trail head, so easy access to that and the state park across the street. The outdoor area is fabulous, with lots of places to sit and have a cocktail by the fire.The room was spacious, and clean. We were in the hillside rooms so we had a balcony with a view of the lake. "The kiteville charged my card prior to me going there. Due to overbooking they did not have my room. They did not notify me . I keep getting voice mail when I called. I drove 5 hours for my daughter’s graduation. We had no room. I ended up paying $500 for a room at the different hotel."
