"Staff was very accomodating and the communal areas are great. My private room smelled like pets or that it needed to "breathe" for a few days. I bought a plug-in and some air freshener then it was fine."

"Cleanliness of the facility and the rooms."

"Room waa basic, but nice to have a balcony. AC was very cold and sheets weren't very warm. Pool looked dirty when we thought about using it. Front desk didn't provide all necessary information. It was okay, but probably wouldn't stay again."

"The room was great! The patio was huge but was shared with 4 other rooms. Plenty of space if everyone was out there. Bathroom was a tad small but with it being just me and my husband it wasn’t an issue. If you don’t want to hear music all night… don’t request a room on Bourbon st. We loved it but it was loud till 4-5 in the morning!"

"Our stay was nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful providing recommendations for food and activities. We loved the Breakfast Buffet each morning. Location was near everything we wanted to do. What I didn't like was housekeeping - they are stingy with the towels and wash rags; never provided hand soap and face towels, even when asked so bring your own. The rooftop bar was closed and looked like it hasn't been functioning for awhile."
