I’m very happy I did- I was only about a 10 minute walk from Victoria street and it was nice to not wake up right in the middle of all the tourists. "The apartment was a great value for its location just outside the Old Town city centre. For tourists, it's about a 15-minute, mostly flat walk to the castle and Royal Mile, etc. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and warm. All the expected amenities were provided and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Only one small drawback - for travelers counting on the laundry amenities, the dryer was pretty ineffective (washer-dryer combo, design limitation, not a fault). Overall it...
