"We just stayed one night, but the staff (Matteo.. and I can’t recall the woman’s name) were so welcoming and helpful. Room as expected, small but comfortable and clean. Excellent location. Only negative would be thin walls so we could hear other doors opening and people talking, but not super late. It was really quiet overnight."

"Stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and it was very nice. By far the largest hotel I've stayed in in Paris, with a separate room with couch, TV, plus roomy bedroom and bath. Balcony was so cute. Front desk man was very helpful and kind."

"Stayed at Hôtel Des Arts Montmartre and absolutely loved it!! The staff exceeded our expectations — warm, welcoming and helpful in a genuine and effortless way. Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Montmartre, it was very walkable with easy access to both the bus and métro. Steps up to Sacré-Cœur Basilica are right at the end of the street! "Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da sie nicht weit von dem Triumphbogen oder auch der Champs Élysée war. Ebenfalls waren Bus und von innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten erreicht. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ebenfalls war das Hotel ordentlich, sauber und ausreichend."

"The room has been cleaned every day. Bathroom was also well clean. Athough the size of the room quite small, price/performance rate is quite acceptable. Only negative comment would be the noise from outside. we stayed 4 nights and 2 nights were considerably noisy. Close location to the Metro station."

"The young man who took us in was very friendly as well as the lady receptionist. But we had terrible experience with the guy that was on duty when we picked up our luggage. This man was very rude and mean! Not respectful too. Do not talk to this man if you do not want your day to be ruined. The elevator was out of order and we had a hard time carrying our luggage from 2nd floor. We are just thankful for the lady receptionist that helped out. The a/c was not working too thru out our stay though...
