Hotel guest policy is a scam, charge you 70% of room rate for a guest, NEVER IN MY LIFE have I heard a hotel not allow you to change your guests out. I had only 1 guest the entire time I was there and I was charged 4 times , because I swapped them out HEINOUS, ridiculous, scammy overcharge…. ...

Cartagena Beach Resort
The view was absolutely amazing the room was nice clean and cozy and the staff were helpful and friendly not a lot of them spoke English so when you go do brush up on your Spanish
