"Rooms was clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room or make the bed for the 3 nights we were there. Despite that we removed all things off the bed"

"The hotel is very nice and decent . It’s actually the cheapest I found in the area. Everything has a parking fee. For this hotel it’s $20 per night. I love that it has microwave and fridge. 4 towels that’s enough for the 4 of us(2adult, 2kids). Breakfast is awesome! They even have an omelet shef. I appreciate it all, the only thing is we stayed for two nights but they only service one of my bed, they didn’t replace towels and trash. I guess I have to ask for it?. There is a guard at night for check in. Coffee in the lobby is 24hrs and fresh. If I will visit the town, I’ll come back again and stay here. Also it’s only 9mins walk from the trolley stop(we did the hop on hop off trolley bus)."

"The staff have all been amazing. We have found the various hotel rooms there that we have stayed in to be very clean. The hotel staff have all been friendly and gracious. The Taphouse is great, our favorite bartender is Nathan. He is very knowledgeable in his craft and is very kind. The food/restaurant is great perk as well. The breakfast buffet is really good too."

"This is a wonderful and convenient option for a stay in Nashville. The facilities are clean, staff are accommodating and friendly, and the on site restaurants are very good. Pool area offers plenty of shade options as well as sunny spots. The in pool loungers are a really nice touch! Great music and entertainment as well. "
