"It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was amazing - something for everyone! The location was great. Would recommend.

"A nice hotel with good view, if it’s not cloudy as it was for us! Staff are excellent in reception and are willing to do anything to help. The rooms are clean and modern with great beds and bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there are a few restaurants and bars in the area and it’s just a short walk into Sapa town. We liked this hotel and would definitely recommend."
