"After driving til almost 3 in the morning with 2 kids and going to the wrong hotel first we walked in and I was so happy with the room and thought I would book with this hotel more often Then we realized the toilet had issues flushing, there is no sound proofing and I got maybe 2 hours sleep as a result. In the morning someone was playing with their door and it kept slamming over and over. Then, we weren’t that close to the ice machine but it might as well have been in my room. Whoever was on...

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good! Had a comfortable stay but bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like it to be but not unbearable. Overall room was clean! Still had a great stay!"

"I do not suggest this hotel. We chose it for the price since the others in the area wanted $300+ (high for a quick stay to break up a drive) and per usual, you get what you pay for. It was dirty, run-down, odd characters hung around the lobby, we turned on the water in the sink and the pipe below burst out water all over the carpet. Look for newer hotels if staying in the Roanoke, VA area. "

"We stayed in room 302, it had mold along the bathroom above tub/shower on ceiling, around tub edge and faucets was rusty , We could not use the bathroom as needed"

"This hotel, room 103, qualifies as one of the worst properties we’ve ever stayed in. The back of the entry door had uneraserable magic markers scribbling. There was no fire sprinkler system. There was no smoke or carbon dioxide alarm, just loose wires out of the wall. There was excessive mold around the bathtub. The toilet worked poorly, even after numerous plungings. The bed was okay. We were glad to leave in the morning."
