"From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a terrace. Great shower, but wish the sink had more counter space. The breakfast selection was very good including fresh made -to-order eggs, pastries, fruits and gluten free options. Loved our stay and would highly recommend. Central location in old town near to the market and restaurants/shops."

"Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small...

"The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a great location and has good parking. The staff was very nice and accommodating. When we arrived, they gave us a room on the first floor that had an issue with the air-conditioning. Once I pointed that out, they upgraded our room, we were placed on the fourth floor with an air conditioner that worked beautifully. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and I would not think of staying anywhere else."

"This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds. "StayInn City Evora is located centrally, in the middle of the action. You can walk to the Chapel of Bones or to the Roman Temple, without issue.you need to check in at the Ale Hop store on the main floor, the staff is nice is friendly. They have a communal area with a kitchen and lau dry machines. Although they do not offer breakfast, guests have access to milk in the fridge and cereal, as well as do e fresh fruit. They provide coffee pods so you can make your coffee as well. Everything is clean...

"Great location inside the town wall. Quiet at night.Has parking beneath the building for an additional fee. Clean rooms, well appointed, great breakfast. Short walk to town attractions. The hotel property around the pool and interior courtyard is well maintained. In front of the hotel is a poorly maintained green area, likely the towns responsibility, with piles of rubble and occasional trash. We received a late checkout upon request. I would be happy to return."

"I stayed for 3 nights and loved this hotel. It's in a perfect location, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. And i highly recommend the breakfast, probably more than 60 food options. The rooms are really nice, an awesome bed, really nice shower. And the view to the pool was beautiful. I stayed in early March so too cold for the pool but it looked so inviting. And...the have a small bar. I think would definitely stay again."

"Communication was terrible. We did not get an email with access codes and Limehouse did not send us a phone number to call. I pushed ALL the room bells and a man from Mozambique opened the door for us and called Limehouse for us who then emailed access codes. The same thing happened to EIGHT visitors as we were leaving. Another issue was the shower which required turning the water to a dribble before it overflowed the shower pan. Nice place, poor management."

"We had a double room that was basic but more than adequate. Nice light from 2 windows. Location is right next to the Cathedral and very walkable for all of town inside the wall. Plenty of close shopping and dining options. Loved being able to use the juicer at breakfast for fresh squeezed orange juice. Young ladies at the front desk (Julia and Jenae) were fabulous. Historic place with lots of character. Would definitely stay again."
