"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colón. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station. ​A special shoutout to Oscar (I think he was the manager), who went above and beyond for us. When other reception staff told us it wasn't possible to book a taxi and that Uber wasn't an option, Oscar stepped in and personally handled it for us. His attentiveness and problem-solving made a huge difference in our trip. Highly recommend!"
