"Clean Room in great location with amazing staff. "

"Brand New Hotel, just opened 02/2026, room we stayed in is the basic room but felt like upgraded one. Very quite hotel. Staff absolutely outstanding and very helpful from check in to check out. Treated nicely with some desert delivered to our room as welcome food, just perfect nothing else can describe it. The location can’t be better, 4-5 minute walk from the lake. We will be back in the future. Please keep this level if the service and cleanliness. "

"This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. All the staff were very helpful and are able to offer tips on things to do in Como. The room was pleasant - nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee included. "Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Comfortable, clean, elegant. Balcony was wonderful for a cup of tea or glass of wine. Staff were amazing - helpful, accommodating and so pleasant. Breakfast was a lovely experience (they easily accommodated my gluten free request). 5-10 min walk into town (uphill on the way back). Easy to access everything you need in Como. Would definitely stay there again. Possibly the only downside is that if you’re not a confident driver you won’t enjoy the parking...

"We stayed in the top floor room with the king bed and a sofa bed. It had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was perfectly quiet even when we slept in until 9:30. This is very rare to find in the city center! Two of my adult children slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfortable. The king bed was a tad bit stiff for my taste, but the pillows were soft and we all slept well. The breakfast was extensive with scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bacon, lunch meat, cheese,...
