"Pleasant staff and wonderful stay"

"This hotel is amazing and good value for money. Great location in the centre of town in the shopping district and just a short walk to the ferry terminal and the train stations. All the staff were very helpful and are able to offer tips on things to do in Como. The room was pleasant - nespresso machine, kettle and tea and coffee included. "Very pleasant stay overall. The room was large and quiet, with a window overlooking the garden, which made the atmosphere particularly relaxing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was new, modern, and spacious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It is only about a 10 minute walk down to the city center, which makes it easy to reach everything while still staying in a quieter area. The only small improvements I would suggest are adding a small table...

"The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!"
